gift wrapping project
Mas bet ko ang bara bara style na may konting whimsy or as some may say rustic style. haha. so di pala ako pwede sa rustans as gift wrapper girl kaya nagsarili ako.
This year heto ang mga pambala ko.
This year heto ang mga pambala ko.
Stamps mula sa States (Paper Source, the store that HAS it all), washi tapes at mga luma kong small brown envelopes. Buuuut first of all wala akong time to buy gifts for my kapuso colleagues at hindi ko rin bet makipag-siksikan sa malls at this horrendous mall time of the year. Kaya naisip ko gumawa ng christmas card with a cause; in short dinonate ko na lang yung pambili ko at pinalitan ng christmas card na may pledge of donation to the typhoon victims. Ayun. simple. swak. napapanahon at walang hassle. But i have to make it special. so... voila!
I started to cut this brown hard paper i got from papemelroti 2 years ago and form it into a card. Then marked the middle with a holiday stamp and added a touch of white and gold under it to make it look a bit festive.
The blue one inside is the actual holiday gift card i got from our group Diksyonaryoatbp. The cards weren't enough so i had to gift the other guys and this is where the old small envelopes come.
And there ya go.

How do you feel about the holidays? I'm not really up for the holiday rush since i don't like rushing but somehow i can thrive in it. And I've come to let things go as they are. But if it's there or not, i still am thankful. Pa-vague di ba? Anyway, the year has been good to me in all aspects, i thank God and all the people who made them great for me. Looking forward to another year.
